Sort Of Looser was never meant to be just another clothing brand. It was meant to become a way of travelling through the stories, cultures and craftsmanship behind every collection. That's why we've chosen to move beyond the traditional concept of 100% Made in Italy. And there's a good reason for that.

In 2023, the first collection from India was released, in 2025 from Bali, in the coming years... who knows. These are not random countries, but ones where a great textile culture has been handed down for generations, so you can already guess the next ones (there are many on the list). All these collections are born from collaborations with local people, in small workshops where Sort Of Looser ended up by chance, or by destiny, the choice is yours; and this is a bit of the magic behind it all.

The creative process has always been special during these projects, adventures (and mishaps) during the journey have never been lacking, and improvisation has always been a fundamental ingredient for following one's instinct.

The ultimate idea is to be able to dress the journey, to carry with you that energy of each garment that comes from a distant country... and it's priceless.

This brand was born in Italy, developed in Italy, has always produced in Italy, and will continue to do so, but it wants to expand abroad to teach something to those who buy that product: how it was made, the story hidden behind the garment, to show "Who" and "How." Each collection has a valid story that deserves to be told, each person has left their mark, even each fabric, if it could speak, would do so with enthusiasm; and it shows, it feels, because it was born under unique and unrepeatable conditions.

Haven't we gotten tired of buying fast-fashion products yet? Haven't we realized that every time we buy a low-cost item from well-known brands that over-produce (we won't name names), mountains of clothes accumulate on the other side of the world that cannot be disposed of because the speed and quantity of purchases are faster than the disposal system itself?

Sort Of Looser truly wants to insist on this principle: more quality, less quantity, but above all, more value, made by People.

For this reason, we try with all our might to offer quality garments that last over time (it can happen that they "sell out" quickly because the quantities produced are not industrial!), but above all, we want to give value to every garment, accessory... All the limited collections that come and will come in the future from different parts of the world have a special value, a unique cultural richness, and we will try to convey it as much as possible, as all the people who took part in the project deserve.
